Territory Manager - Agriculture

We're looking for a Territory Manager to cover a key growth market across California and the broader Western USA. Representing a national agricultural products company, you'll lead distributor development and customer engagement to expand market share across the region.
What's Involved
- Own and grow relationships with distributors and end-users across California and neighboring Western states.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring delivery of results, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Partner with internal teams to align customer needs with product solutions and strategic goals.
- Provide expert guidance on a full plant nutrition portfolio.
- Monitor pricing and ensure competitive positioning while protecting margins.
- Identify opportunities to expand distributor networks and introduce new products.
- Represent the brand at customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.
What You'll Bring
- A degree in Agronomy or a related agricultural discipline preferred.
- Proven sales experience in the agriculture industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of soil health, plant nutrition, and modern agricultural practices.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, confident engaging with both distributors and growers.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools for effective account management.
- Flexibility to travel throughout California and the Western USA.
