Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, enquiries, and database records
• Handle quotes, orders, and online chat enquiries
• Support customers from concept to design-in stage
• Collaborate globally across sales and engineering teams
• Prepare technical content, training, and marketing materials
• Assist with technical seminars, webinars, and customer events
• Cross-reference bills of materials and provide technical support as needed

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Electronic Engineering
• Experience in engineering, tech support, retail or customer service
• Strong communicator, confident and customer-focused
• Technically minded and quick to learn digital tools
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
