We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive the growth of a specialist ruminant product range across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Country Manager ANZ, this role plays a critical part in expanding the business, strengthening market presence, and ensuring customers receive high-quality technical solutions.
The Opportunity
- Grow sales across the ruminant portfolio by executing go-to-market strategies.
- Expand and manage a distributor network to increase market penetration.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with producers, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Partner with technical advisers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver value-added services.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Support marketing campaigns, conferences, training, and branding initiatives.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
About You
- 3-5 years' experience in technical sales, ideally in feed, feed additives, or related agribusiness sectors.
- A degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, or Veterinary Science (postgraduate qualification desirable).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset with proven success in growing sales.
- The ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organisation.
