We're seeking a Technical Engineer to oversee and drive the performance of a significant, high-profile portfolio for one of the leading facilities management providers in the country. This is a strategic leadership role offering real scope to influence standards, compliance, and innovation across multiple client sites in Dublin.


What You'll Be Responsible For:
🔧 Lead the technical operations across a multi-site commercial or industrial portfolio
📊 Ensure full compliance with statutory, contractual, and internal standards (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire systems)
📁 Review and manage planned and reactive maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
💡 Deliver continuous improvement initiatives in energy performance, asset management, and lifecycle planning
🤝 Act as a senior point of contact for client technical queries, projects, and audits
📈 Oversee performance reporting, contractor coordination, and technical risk management


What You'll Bring:
✅ A recognised engineering qualification (electrical, mechanical, building services, or related)
✅ Proven experience leading FM technical delivery in a large-scale environment
✅ Strong understanding of Irish compliance regulations and health & safety standards
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
✅ Ability to analyse complex systems and deliver pragmatic, cost-effective solutions
