Manager - Fulfillment & Logistics

CSG has partnered with a market-leading UAV manufacturer developing high-tech, mission-ready unmanned aircraft used across defence, security, and commercial sectors. They design and produce advanced eVTOL sUAS, integrating real-time data processing, AI-enabled mission capabilities, and world-class engineering.

As they scale globally, they're looking for a Manager in Fulfilment & Logistics to take ownership of logistics, export, and delivery operations - ensuring their drones reach customers worldwide with precision and reliability.

What You'll Own:

* Lead and mentor the fulfilment, logistics, and warehouse teams
* Oversee global order processing across commercial + government customers
* Drive process optimization across the entire logistics chain
* Own shipping operations, export controls, customs (EU & non-EU)
* Ensure stock availability through tight coordination with production & procurement
* Manage inventory and warehouse efficiency
* Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
* Act as the central interface between production, sales, and purchasing

What You Bring:

* Degree in logistics, supply chain, or similar
* 10+ years' experience in logistics, foreign trade, fulfilment, or order processing
* Strong leadership experience
* Structured, proactive working style
* Interest in UAVs, drones, defence tech, or aerospace
* Excellent communicator, seen as an internal go-to expert
* Fluent English
