Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Expand swine portfolio reach, grow customer base, and build relationships with distributors, integrators, and farmers.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert support on the swine portfolio; deliver training for sales and technical teams.
- Innovation & R&D: Partner with research teams on new products, run field trials, track trends, and share results with clients.
- Global Engagement: Represent the company at major trade fairs and industry events.
Profile Sought
- 10+ years' experience in swine nutrition, feed additives, or related technical field.
- Proven background in technical and commercial client support.
- International exposure
- Skilled in R&D projects and turning trial data into insights.
- Based in UK or Ireland, with international travel.

- Strong technical knowledge of swine feed and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building.
