CSG Talent has an opportunity for a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, with a background in either heavy metal, mining or bulk material handling, to create and implement an effective QHSE Management System across ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement company and local WHS regulatory standards, programs and metrics for 6 production sites across ANZ.
• Provide on-site support, at each individual plant, to ensure compliance of programs and projects for site operations are achieved.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Establish continuous improvement of QHSE performance across the region.
• Identify solutions for specific H&S compliance concerns and address them in an economic and technically viable manner.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 7 years HSE experience. Quality background is well received but a successful candidate can be trained up in this space.
• Ideally have heavy metal, bulk material handling or mining type of industry experience.
• Have ISO9001/14001/45001 management system exposure.
• Able to travel to site across 6 sites in ANZ.
• High-level communicator.
