CSG is proud to be partnering with a well-established European company looking to expand their CDMO capacities in the US market and are looking for a Head of Sales to rapidly grow their Medical Diagnostics division.
You will be an analytical and data driven sales leader with the ability to quickly grow sales funnel with clients from Tier-1 to Start-ups. You will leverage the company's established infrastructure and expertise to rapidly expand their market footprint in the US.
Role Overview:
- Own sales and business development for the Diagnostics division in Medical Devices and Life Sciences.
- Lead and coach a high performing US Sales team capable of delivering and exceeding revenue targets.
- Lead the development of the sales funnel and closing of new contracts for the business.
- Optimize sales channels and resources using distributors and/or representatives where appropriate.
- Create and ownership of the annual revenue budget, and responsible executing the strategy.
- Manage accounts and opportunity funnel, reporting systematically to senior leadership, reporting to the CCO.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to develop and shape the five-year growth plan.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level in a relevant technical, science, engineering, or business discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Diagnostic instrumentation experience essential in the Medical or Life Science sector.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and sales funnel growth.
- Experienced sales team leader, international team leadership a plus.
- Excellent team building skills and talent-spotting abilities.
