Our client are a leading provider of mineral processing and material handling equipment, specializing in delivering innovative solutions to the mining industry. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Site Account Manager to manage sales and client relationships across the South East USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts within the South East USA mining sector.

  • Drive sales of mineral processing and material handling equipment by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they select the best solutions for their operations.

  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers while maintaining company profitability.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing after-sales support.

  • Regularly visit client sites to assess equipment performance and identify additional opportunities for sales and service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, service, and engineering, to support sales growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mining, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the mining, material handling, or industrial equipment sector.

  • Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and mining operations.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently within the South East USA region.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
