About the Role

As the welcoming face of the showroom, you will guide visitors through a thoughtfully curated space, assisting them from inspiration to specification. You will collaborate closely with design professionals, deepening your understanding of materials, trends, and the evolving world of design.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, delivering an exceptional experience
• Develop strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders to foster long-term partnerships
• Present and prepare samples, quotes, and tenders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support senior consultants and internal teams with sales coordination
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist with product rotation
• Manage ERP-based quoting and documentation processes

About You

• Genuine passion for design, architecture, and materials
• Confident communicator with exceptional presentation and organisational skills
• Experience in high-end retail or showroom environments, ideally within interiors or architectural products
• Confident working with ERP or CRM systems and other digital tools
• Thrive in environments where detail, aesthetics, and client experience matter
