About the Role

This role brings together creativity, service, and attention to detail. As the first point of contact in the showroom, you will welcome clients into a thoughtfully curated space. From guiding product selections to supporting the sales journey end to end, you will build meaningful relationships with architects, designers, and builders, while continually growing your understanding of materials, design trends, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• First point of contact for showroom visitors and enquiries
• Building relationships with architecture and design professionals that lead to long-term collaboration and project specification
• Present products, prepare and deliver samples, quotes, and tenders
• Provide sales support to senior consultants and cross-functional teams
• Prepare quotes and tenders using ERP system
• Assist with showroom presentation and product rotation

About You

• A genuine interest in design, architecture, and materiality
• Confident, articulate and organised with exceptional client-facing skills
• Experience working in a high-end retail or showroom environment, ideally with exposure to architectural or interior product sales
• Tech-savvy, with ERP experience
• Thrive in a role where detail and presentation matter
