A leading defense technology company is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in airborne ISR systems. This role focuses on the development, integration, and testing of advanced signal processing and communication solutions supporting national security missions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead system design, architecture, and integration for ISR platforms
Define technical requirements and oversee full system lifecycle
Collaborate with software, hardware, and program teams
Support proposals, risk assessments, and customer interactions
Requirements:
Active Top Secret clearance
10+ years in systems engineering (7+ in ISR or signal processing)
Strong knowledge of RF systems, DSP, and SDR technologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with machine learning in embedded systems
SCI clearance or eligibility
