We're seeking a Senior Resource Geologist to join a high-performing team in a dynamic underground mining environment. Reporting to the Geology Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality geological models and supporting the site's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Grade Control schedules aligned with production priorities.
• Build and maintain geological models across mine, local, and regional scales.
• Reconcile models and drive continuous improvement in resource estimations.
• Oversee QAQC processes and ensure data integrity.

About You:

• 5+ years' underground geology experience (2+ years in resource modelling).
• Skilled in Vulcan, Leapfrog, Datamine, and Acquire.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and report writing abilities.
• Geology degree and a strong safety mindset.
• Ability to pass physical, drug test, and background check.
