Quality Manager - Bakery Manufacturing

As Quality Manager, you will take responsibility for ensuring that all baked products meet the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and quality. In this role, you'll lead quality programs, support production teams, and make sure the facility is always audit-ready.

What you'll do:

  • You'll manage HACCP, GMPs, and food safety programs on a daily basis.

  • You'll maintain compliance with FDA, USDA, and third-party certification standards.

  • You'll lead internal and external audits, ensuring readiness at all times.

  • You'll monitor production processes, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

  • You'll train and coach employees on food safety, sanitation, and quality practices.

  • You'll investigate customer complaints, drive root cause analysis, and prevent reoccurrence.

  • You'll collaborate with R&D and operations on new product launches to safeguard quality.

  • You'll maintain detailed records and reports to demonstrate compliance and performance.

What you bring:

  • You have proven experience in food manufacturing, ideally within the bakery sector.

  • You have strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety standards such as SQF or BRC.

  • You're confident leading teams and influencing others across all levels of a business.

  • You're detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in solving problems.

  • You communicate effectively and can work cross-functionally with multiple departments.

  • You're comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
