Senior Project Manager

We are supporting a growing and highly reputable Architect consulting firm who are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager for there primarily for there Healthcare sector and other disciplines, on both large and small projects. Due to another successful year, the market leading organisation have an opportunity to experience growth and expansion.

As Senior Project Manager, you will ensuring the successful delivery of the projects on time, within budget and in line with the design intent & client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships to support successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare team to develop informed project solutions based on market expertise and a clear understanding of client goals.
• Coordinate effectively with the project team, clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants throughout all phases.
• Oversee documentation coordination with consultants and ensure the delivery of high-quality documents that accurately reflect design intent and technical excellence.
• Resolve complex technical and design challenges to produce innovative and practical solutions.
• Manage submittals and substitution requests during construction, and respond to RFIs in a timely manner
• Contribute to the financial performance and overall success of the project.
• Support the development and review of proposals and contracts in collaboration with the Design Manager.

Candidate requirements

• Registered Architect or on track to be licensed.
• Worked on projects in either Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Multi-Use, Commercial, Workplace or Data Center's.
• Completed all phases of schematic design, design development, construction development and contract administration.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
• Comfortable with software such as Revit and Auto cad for example.
