In this role, you'll oversee and deliver projects from planning through to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and quality expectations. Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met.
Building and maintaining productive relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Identifying and managing scope changes to minimise project risk.
Supporting team development, including mentoring emerging talent.
Looking for opportunities to enhance design, delivery efficiency and stakeholder outcomes throughout the project.
Providing advisory support and strategic input when required.
Managing budgets, forecasting, utilisation and project financial performance.
Ensuring adherence to internal processes, governance and quality systems.
Staying engaged with industry developments and maintaining strong networks.
A client-focused mindset and the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
