With decades of experience and a stellar track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects, this firm partners with major public agencies including the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), Department of Transportation (DOT), Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).

Position Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale electrical construction projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with union standards (Local 3), and maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle project management for multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects.

  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.

  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

  • Direct field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

  • Prepare and present project reports to executive leadership and clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Foster a collaborative work environment and mentor junior project team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical construction project management.

  • Proven background in infrastructure and public works projects (experience with PANYNJ, DOT, MTA, or DEP strongly preferred).

  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).

  • Valid driver's license.
