Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing mission-critical and data center team. The Project Manager will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical construction projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, technically demanding projects that power the infrastructure of the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry best practices.

  • Partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

  • Monitor project performance and proactively address challenges related to scope, cost, or schedule.

  • Support preconstruction activities such as estimating, design review, and value engineering.

  • Contribute to developing high-performing teams by mentoring junior staff and promoting a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience in large-scale electrical construction.

  • Exposure to mission-critical or data center projects preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methods (design-build, GMP, lump-sum, etc.).

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional certifications (PMP, PE, LEED, etc.) a plus.
