Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Design and Implementation: Architect Oracle PDH PLM solutions that align with organizational goals and best practices. Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle PDH and PLM modules.
• System Integration: Design and implement integrations between Oracle PDH PLM and enterprise systems like ERP and CRM. Ensure seamless data exchange to support cross-functional processes.
• Team Leadership and Training: Mentor and guide implementation teams to ensure project success. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline collaboration, and accelerate time-to-market.
• Collaboration and Thought Leadership: Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to align solutions with business strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and webinars.

Requirements:

• Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) certification (mandatory)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Oracle PDH and PLM solutions. Expertise in product data management and lifecycle processes.
• Experience in architecting integrations with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. Proven ability to optimize processes, enhance data quality, and drive performance improvements.
