We are partnered with an established, award-winning interior design studio based that is expanding into Raleigh - and they're looking for a Senior Interior Designer to help shape the foundation of this new venture.

Known for high-performance interiors across workplace, science & tech, commercial and adjacent markets - this firm combines design excellence with practical delivery. Their move into the Raleigh market is driven by client demand, with projects already secured across both local and national accounts.

The Role
This is a remote role to start, transitioning into a Raleigh-based leadership position as the studio grows. You'll lead workplace-focused interior projects, overseeing both design direction and delivery. Managing teams remotely, you'll be the face of the firm for Raleigh clients while collaborating closely with Texas-based leadership.

Ideal Candidate

• 9+ years of interior design experience

• Deep knowledge of the Raleigh market - ideally with existing relationships

• Strong workplace experience; background in science & tech, healthcare, or commercial projects preferred

• Confident managing teams and clients remotely

• Proficient leading project teams, managing production & leading design.

• Proficient in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Suite

• Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and mentoring junior staff
