As a Senior Flight Controls Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing and validating control algorithms that ensure precision, agility, and stability in flight. Responsibilities
- Design and tune flight control laws for large UAV platforms
- Develop autopilot architecture, guidance, and navigation algorithms
- Enhance system-level simulations to support development and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on integrated designs
- Lead MIL/SIL/HIL simulations, ground tests, and flight test campaigns
- Create test procedures and analyze flight data to verify control performance
Who we are looking for:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in flight control system development
- Deep understanding of flight dynamics, control theory, and FBW systems
- Expertise in guidance, navigation, and state estimation
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, Python, and embedded control systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments
