About the Role:
Lead the design and delivery of industrial and utility-scale power systems, including microgrids, battery energy storage, and renewable generation projects. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver complex energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze MV/LV power systems, including one-line diagrams, protection schemes, and control circuits.
Perform detailed studies (short circuit, coordination, arc flash) using ETAP/SKM.
Specify and review major electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers, generators).
Support construction and commissioning phases with on-site testing and troubleshooting.
Interface with utilities, clients, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Manage and mentor junior staff.
Preferred Experience:
10-15 years in power generation, industrial distribution, or energy infrastructure design.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Demonstrated experience in renewables, microgrids, or distributed generation projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and related standards.
