CSG Talent are currently partnered with a UK-based developer creating low-carbon, sustainable data centre campuses across Europe. With a strong track record in delivering grid-connected power and digital infrastructure, we are expanding our UK portfolio and seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead strategic project development.
Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle development of multiple data centre projects.
Drive land acquisition, planning, and permitting processes.
Oversee grid connection strategies and technical feasibility.
Support investment assessment, due diligence, and project governance.
Mentor junior team members and foster high-performance culture.
Requirements
8+ years' experience in data centre, renewable energy, or infrastructure development.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Knowledge of UK planning frameworks (TCPA, DCO), land negotiations, and grid connections.
Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Planning, or related field.
Able to work hybrid with regular UK travel.
