Senior Design Manager - Data Centres

We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the design of large-scale hyperscale data centre projects. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with expertise in multidisciplinary design, delivering efficient, scalable, and innovative data centre solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design strategy across architecture, MEP, structural, and civil disciplines.

• Manage and mentor design teams and external consultants.

• Ensure designs meet regulatory, sustainability, and industry standards.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain design intent, quality, and timelines.

• Review and approve technical documentation and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years in data centre design, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

• Experience with hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of MEP, structural, and architectural design for data centres.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
