With a portfolio spanning 20+ states and a client base that consistently brings them along to new markets, the studio combines the resources of an established national platform with the agility of a design-focused practice.

The Role
This is a career-defining opportunity for a Senior Associate / Architect to take a visible leadership role in shaping the future of the Denver office. You'll:

• Lead multifamily and mixed-use projects through all phases - from early concept and entitlements through delivery.

• Be the face of the studio locally, deepening developer and community relationships.

• Bring local knowledge of approvals, permitting, and city processes to strengthen the firm's platform in Colorado.

• Play a central role in expanding the team and embedding a collaborative, design-first culture.

• Balance project leadership with relationship building.

You

• Licensed Architect with 10+ years' experience.

• Strong track record in multifamily housing (garden, wrap, podium, high-rise, affordable, senior housing).

• Proven ability to navigate Denver's city process and permitting landscape.

• Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable wearing multiple hats and motivated to grow an office.

• Collaborative, communicative, and eager to mentor junior staff.

The Package

• Base salary: $100K-130K

• Profit-sharing bonus scheme.
