With a strong reputation for technical expertise and innovation, the business is expanding its product portfolio and strengthening its presence across the Nordic region.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the Nordic market. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships and leading commercial activity within the mining sector, while also supporting growth in civil engineering, geotechnical and infrastructure markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving sales growth across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
• Identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing key customer accounts and distributor relationships.
• Leading commercial activity within the mining sector, with additional focus on civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Providing technical product advice, demonstrations and application support.
• Developing market channels and increase brand presence throughout the region.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and project opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams including R&D, customer service and supply chain.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 5 years' technical sales experience within the mining industry with hard rock mining equipment.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and underground or surface construction applications.
• Established network within the Nordic mining sector would be highly advantageous.
