Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to exceed individual and team targets
• Drive new business while nurturing key client relationships
• Review and enhance internal sales processes to ensure consistency and performance
• Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to set KPIs, review pipeline performance, and develop growth strategies
• Monitor market activity to spot opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service

Who you are

• 5+ years' experience in sales leadership, ideally in packaging, printing, or FMCG
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to hit and exceed targets
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, account management, and supplier sourcing
• Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and hands-on in your leadership style
