Key responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to exceed individual and team targets
- Drive new business while nurturing key client relationships
- Review and enhance internal sales processes to ensure consistency and performance
- Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers (particularly across China and other sourcing regions)
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to set KPIs, review pipeline performance, and develop growth strategies
- Monitor market activity to spot opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service
Who you are
- 5+ years' experience in sales leadership, ideally in packaging, printing, or FMCG
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to hit and exceed targets
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, account management, and supplier sourcing
- Experience working with international suppliers, particularly in China, is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and hands-on in your leadership style
- Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus, but not required
