Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for advanced automated storage solutions, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to specific customer needs and project requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and analyze customer operations to uncover optimisation opportunities.
- Deliver consultative solutions that align with customer logistics and IT infrastructure.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influences within client organisations.
- Manage all aspects of proposal preparation, including technical subsystems and service offerings.
- Prepare pricing models and financial justifications for proposed solutions.
- Partner with senior management to negotiate and finalise contracts.
- Maintain regular client engagement to foster long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to the evolution of sales tools and documentation, including presentations and offer templates.
- Collaborate with and support colleagues across regional offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record securing and negotiating contracts, with a solid grasp of Australian compliance and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales projects and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, automation systems, and IT integration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including OneNote.
- Willingness to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand.
