About the Role

As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving the sales performance across Brisbane and Queensland, managing key accounts whilst working closely with architects, designers, builders, and developers to elevate brand presence.

This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal role, overseeing strategic growth and fostering long-term relationships within the design and architectural sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the architecture and design community
  • Guide and support both showroom and sales teams
  • Oversee project pipelines from early specification through to delivery
  • Identify opportunities to expand the brand's reach across the Queensland market
  • Provide regular reporting on key meetings, market developments, and team performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency

About You

  • A proven track record of sales success in industries such as tile, stone, wall panels, flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, surfaces, tapware, or interior products will be highly regarded
  • A well-connected professional in the Brisbane design and construction community
  • Confident managing teams and mentoring talent
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of project-driven sales
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from designers to developers
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and aligned with a values-led business culture
