Sales Manager - Mineral processing - France
CSG Talent is currently collaborating with a marketleader in mining and recycling equipment who are looking to recruit experienced talent. Some of the products they manufacture include mineral processing and screening & crushing equipment; with over 60 years of existence, they are a well-established name in the field.
In this particular case I am seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join my client's Screening Equipment team.
In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the screening market. You will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers within the quarrying/mining industry in Benelux + North Africa
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our screening equipment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the sector.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in the industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
