The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager - North America to expand market presence, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and representing the company as a trusted partner to mining and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the mining and minerals sectors.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through excellent service and solution selling.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
Work closely with technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored screening solutions.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product development and strategy.
Negotiate contracts and deliver proposals that meet both client and company objectives.
About You
Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in mineral processing equpment or chemical reagent sales.
Strong knowledge of mineral processing, or materials handling is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially astute with the ability to balance customer needs and company objectives.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events.
