Sales Manager - Germany
Salary: Up to €90,000
Bonus: €30,000

CSG are proudly and exclusively partnering a global MedTech innovation leader, operating in a very niche and unique area that adds huge clinical value to the way care is delivered throughout the hospital.
We're looking for a really active Sales Manager to basically drive Germany forward short term, building a wider Team and sustainable growth business over time. Our ideal hire will be someone hungry to get out there, get in front of people and someone passionate and driven to grow business.
This is a national role and a hybrid model of direct selling and managing B2B partners through Germany and potentially all of DACH as well.
Responsibilities:
- New business development of the companies full product range into new hospital and medical education institutions.
- Current account retention and growth. We are looking for someone with good account management and retention skills, able to build solid customer relationships as well as retain and up-sell the fast growing and improving range of high quality products and solutions
- B2B dealer management. Our ideal new hire will support and drive our B2B partners, promoting and selling the full product range and promoting the products and solutions in line with the business. A large part of this may be the reorganising and selection of new partners, as well as re-incentivising and retaining current high quality partners.
- You will be required to regularly attend national conferences and exhibitions on behalf of both the company and the dealer partners whenever needed to drive the brand, products and business
- Regular product demonstrations and presentations to end users, new and exiting customers and clinical stakeholders
- The role is national so travelling throughout Germany is essential, someone organised with their time is essential with this in mind
Requirements:
- A proven track record of MedTech sales into hospitals is essential, our ideal is high value devices and/or equipment
- A clinical profile is ideal, for example who was a hospital nurse before moving into Medtech is ideal with this in mind
- We need someone with flexibility to travel, we expect our ideal hire to be out on the road driving business at least 4 days a week
- Dealer/B2B management experience is ideal
- Fluent in English and a German national
