Our client is a leading European OEM specializing in wear parts and grinding media for the aggregate, recycling, and construction materials industries. Their products support critical operations in quarries, concrete, asphalt, and impact crushing applications across North America.
With a strong dealer and distribution network, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead regional account managers, strengthen dealer relationships, and drive strategic growth across North America.
The Sales Manager - Aggregates & Recycling will oversee sales operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, managing a network of over dealers and a team of four Account Managers located in Arizona, Texas, Florida, and New York, with part-time coverage in Canada.
This leader will be responsible for revenue growth, dealer network optimization, and team performance, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market strategy.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of four regional Account Managers.
Manage and optimize a dealer network of partners across North America, including consolidation and performance improvement initiatives.
Oversee distribution strategy for wear parts used in impact crushers and related aggregate/recycling equipment.
Build strong relationships with key dealers and OEM partners.
Identify growth opportunities and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust market approach accordingly.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product management teams to enhance dealer support and customer satisfaction.
Drive accountability and data-driven decision-making across the team.
Travel as needed across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico (approximately 50-60%).
7+ years of sales leadership experience in aggregates, recycling, construction materials, or heavy equipment industries.
Strong background managing dealer networks and distribution channels.
Proven experience leading multi-region sales teams and delivering measurable growth.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of the aggregate and recycling equipment market.
Strategic mindset with strong organizational and planning abilities.
Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
