Sales Leader - Mining & Mineral Processing

Travel: ~50-60% domestic and international

A fast-growing biotech company is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth in the Mining & Minerals sector. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for market entry, revenue growth, and profitability.

• Build and lead a high-performing sales and technical team.

• Drive customer acquisition and retention through proactive engagement.

• Manage the full business development cycle from opportunity identification to close.

• Maintain strong financial oversight and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Engineering (Chemical, Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Mining).

• 10+ years' experience in mineral processing, with expertise in metal extraction and leaching.

• 5+ years in a leadership role with P&L responsibility.

• Strong sales, communication, and analytical skills.

• Must be based in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.

Physical & Work Environment:

• Able to work in both office and active mining environments.

• Must be comfortable travelling frequently and wearing appropriate PPE.

• Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and exposure to field conditions.
