Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities in Mexico
  • Promote a portfolio of specialty ingredients using a consultative sales approach
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on technical and market requirements
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including R&D, procurement, and senior management
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in ingredients, food & beverage, or supplements
  • Experience in account management and business development
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable working across cultures with strong problem-solving abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability
