We are supporting a highly respected cybersecurity software provider that delivers industry-leading solutions designed to secure complex, hybrid digital environments across enterprise, cloud, remote, OT, and IoT infrastructures. Their technology enables Federal customers to identify hidden vulnerabilities, strengthen resilience, reduce risk, and maintain compliance across mission-critical networks.

Recognized nationally for innovation and trusted by major enterprises and U.S. government agencies, our client is expanding rapidly in the Federal Civilian market. They are now seeking an accomplished Sales Director to drive growth and deepen relationships across key civilian agencies.

This is an ideal role for a motivated, strategic, and relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives in high-growth environments and is passionate about advancing Federal cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives across Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Build, maintain, and progress a strong pipeline, owning the full lifecycle from prospecting to close.
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with executives, influencers, and stakeholders in targeted agencies.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations to prospects, partners, and audiences at industry events.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document activity, manage forecasting, and maintain reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and strong ROI.
  • Work alongside Territory Development resources to expand existing accounts and open doors to new civilian agencies.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Engineers to craft tailored solution positioning for prospects and customers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in networking, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling a territory in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and long-term career stability.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-driven sales organization while also excelling independently.
  • Ability to digest and articulate complex technical concepts quickly.
  • Highly organized, with strong analytical, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and a strong sense of urgency in serving customers.
