CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join a well-established organisation in the manufacturing sector. This position plays a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between production, logistics, and clients.

This newly created role suits someone with strong coordination and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technical environment. You will provide day-to-day support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency across all sales operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders, quotations, and pricing queries
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
  • Assist with reporting, forecasting, and general sales administration
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal departments


About You

  • Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator or Internal Sales role within manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors
  • Strong communication and organisation skills, with high attention to detail
  • Confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBI and ERP/CRM systems
  • Collaborative, professional, and solutions-focused approach
