Ruminant Sales Manager - Western USA
We're looking for a motivated sales professional who's ready to take ownership of a key dairy market in Western USA. The Opportunity
As Ruminant Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering innovative nutrition solutions to the market. You'll combine technical understanding with commercial drive, bringing value to both new and long-standing accounts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Growing business through a mix of new customer acquisition and retention of established accounts
- Developing and executing a territory sales plan aligned with ambitious growth targets
- Acting as a trusted advisor to producers and consultants, offering on-farm support and product knowledge
- Representing the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Working alongside technical and marketing teams to bring forward new ideas and solutions
- Traveling regularly across the west regions to maintain visibility and client support
What You Bring
- A track record of success in sales or account management, ideally within the dairy industry
- Solid understanding of dairy nutrition and/or ruminant animal feed additives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, independent work style balanced with a team-oriented mindset
- Travel around 50% of the time
