Roofing Service Manager

Job Summary:

• Marketing and developing the service department
• Scheduling and supervising multiple crews, including two-man repair teams, large repairs, and small re-roof projects. ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Estimating, proposing, and selling commercial roofing repair work from some provided leads
• Inspect service roofing jobs for safety and workmanship
• Responsible for management/growth of service department

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in commercial roofing or commercial roofing sales is Required
• 2+ years' experience in commercial roofing service
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required
