Qualifications
Have experience in business development to create self-generated leads, willing to train if not.
Able to assess, estimate and close warm leads provided.
Able to self-generate leads equal to or greater than company provided leads.
Low slope & steep slope roofing experience a plus, willing to train if not.
Have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and provide proof of auto insurance coverage.
Have either successful sales and/or business development experience or knowledge in roofing products and systems. We are willing train you in areas you don't already know.
Must comfortably manage and climb your own ladders, accessing attic spaces and walking rooftops.
Must have a smart phone and access to email while in the field.
Prefer candidates to be available to run 4-5 appointments per day, each week.
Responsibilities
Run all company-provided appointments assigned to you.
Report results of appointments and provide updates on leads in the company CRM through the sales process.
Add self-generated leads and business development contacts into company CRM as acquired.
Meet with homeowners to learn needs, propose solutions and close contracts.
Perform roof inspections and provide a checklist of photos to show condition, findings and support determinations, willing to train if necessary.Cultivate and grow relationships with referral partners through business development
efforts to build a pipeline of self-generated leads, willing to train if necessary.
Provide estimates to homeowners and follow up on them through the sales process.
Close contracts and submit to company with supporting documentation for production.
