Obtains quotes from vendors and subcontractors and ensures that scopes and qualifications meet project needs.
Attends meetings and speaks with customers, professionals, suppliers and team members.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
1- 3 years of construction estimating experience
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
