I am currently recruiting for a leading food & beverage manufacturer. They have some of the most advanced, world-class production equipment and are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join their expanding team.
As a Reliability Engineer, your role is all about keeping their cutting-edge equipment running smoothly, troubleshooting issues, and driving projects that improve efficiency and product quality. It's a great opportunity for someone who loves hands-on problem-solving and wants to be part of a company that truly values innovation. The Reliability Engineer will be an on site position in Idaho, but the company will offer relocation assistance from other US states for the right candidates.
What they're looking for in a Reliability Engineer:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing equipment or reliability engineering
Experience in food & beverage manufacturing (this is a must)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Someone already based in the US (Unfortunately the company cannot support Visa applications at this stage)
What they offer their Reliability Engineer:
Competitive salary + Bonus
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage - with additional disability coverage and mental health support
401k - matched
PTO and state/federal holidays
Tuition reimbursement
Paid parental leave & Fertility support
If this sounds like a good fit, please apply!
