As the Billing Manager and acting head of CRE, you will be responsible for running your own 360 desk, whilst supporting 2 consultants with the view to expanding the team and driving revenue.

This role will be based at our head office in Horsforth, Leeds, with free parking on site, close to public transport with the addition of a few extra onsite treat's: dress down, drinks fridges, space for downtime and socialising, not to mention the ping pong table and darts board!

About the Role:

As a Billing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting yearly targets for each team member
• Conducting weekly meetings with the team
• Checking P&L
• Chasing aged debit
• Setting up credit cover for client
• Conducting Monthly/quarterly reviews
• Filling jobs
• Business development for new clients
• Site and heads office meeting

About you:

• Have previous experience within Recruitment or a Sales position, with a contract background
• Experience managing consultants
• A background in blue-collar recruitment, within construction or trades & labour is desirable
• Able to build rapport and create new opportunities through BD and account management
• A team player
• Eager to progress and to develop your career.
