Our client is a a growing food and Beverage Manufactuers. They specifically require coffee manufacutirng experience.

The Role


As the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll be a site quality leader- responsible for implementing and maintaining best-in-class quality assurance programs and systems. You'll lead a small team and work cross-functionally with Production, Innovation, and Operations to ensure our products meet the highest standards for safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, your main duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Lead the site's Quality Management and Food Safety programs, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and support third-party audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
  • Manage customer complaints and lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and prevention strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality performance, including GMP standards, product compliance, and complaint reduction.
  • Partner with Operations and NPD teams to support new product development, product launches, and process optimization.
  • Lead HACCP review processes and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Coach and develop the QA team, fostering a strong food safety and quality culture across the site.

About You

If you're a hands-on Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in food manufacturing and a passion for driving high standards. You're confident leading teams, solving problems, and influencing others to do things the right way, this may be the role for you. You will have the following skills and experience in;

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance roles within the food manufacturing sector, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, BRCGS/GFSI, and quality systems.
  • Proven track record managing audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for driving improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Strong report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complexity.
