Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance food and industrial quality processes.
  • Support compliance and certification efforts including GMP, HACCP, FAMI-QS, Organic Certification, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
  • Conduct and support audits, inspections, process mapping, and documentation control.
  • Drive improvements in product traceability, warehousing practices, transportation standards, and complaint handling.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, including customer satisfaction, product holds, and internal quality KPIs.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, sales, and sustainability teams, ensuring smooth alignment of product safety objectives.
  • Assist in regulatory affairs, documentation compliance, and cross-functional SAP tasks.
  • Deliver training, reports, and technical guidance to internal teams.


Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Quality, Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance, ideally in food or industrial chemicals.
  • Strong working knowledge of quality systems, certifications, and audit processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communicator with experience collaborating across teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with SAP and data analysis tools is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across the Australasian region as needed.
  • Valid full driver's licence is essential.
