Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system design, development, integration, and testing of chemical propulsion systems for mid-sized spacecraft (100-1000 kg class).

  • Own the propulsion subsystem from requirements definition through flight integration and launch.

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure full spacecraft integration and compatibility.

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.

  • Perform propulsion system analysis and optimization to improve mission performance.

  • Produce high-quality technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

Ideal Background:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Propulsion Engineering (or related field).

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing chemical propulsion systems (liquid and/or solid).

  • Familiarity with spacecraft propulsion components: thrusters, propellant management systems, valves, tanks, etc.

  • Ability to support subsystem-level project management activities.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
