Key Responsibilities:
Lead system design, development, integration, and testing of chemical propulsion systems for mid-sized spacecraft (100-1000 kg class).
Own the propulsion subsystem from requirements definition through flight integration and launch.
Collaborate across teams to ensure full spacecraft integration and compatibility.
Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
Perform propulsion system analysis and optimization to improve mission performance.
Produce high-quality technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
Ideal Background:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Propulsion Engineering (or related field).
4+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing chemical propulsion systems (liquid and/or solid).
Familiarity with spacecraft propulsion components: thrusters, propellant management systems, valves, tanks, etc.
Ability to support subsystem-level project management activities.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
