This organisation is a fast-growing, Australian-owned project management consultancy recognised for delivering tailored solutions across the built environment. With a strong pipeline of projects across sectors such as hospitality, multi-residential, aged care, industrial, government, and education, they combine commercial acumen with a hands-on, partnership-driven approach.

The Opportunities

Due to continued growth, we are seeking two experienced Project Managers to join the team - one specialising in Hospitality projects and the other in Multi-Residential developments.

In both roles, you will lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from design and procurement through to delivery and handover.

  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and reports.

  • Coordinating approvals, stakeholder engagement, and contractor management.

  • Leading project meetings, managing variations and budgets, and driving project KPIs.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are exceeded.

  • Supporting work-winning activities, including tenders, proposals, and client engagement.

  • Mentoring and developing junior team members to enhance team capability.

About You

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, ideally within the built environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.

  • A collaborative and proactive leadership style.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Competitive remuneration with performance-based incentives.

  • Ongoing professional development and training.

  • Team celebrations, bonding initiatives, and wellbeing programs.

  • Additional leave entitlements, including birthday and tenure leave.

This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career with a forward-thinking consultancy making its mark across Australia's built environment. Whether your expertise lies in Hospitality or Multi-Residential, you'll be part of a team that values your impact and supports your professional growth.
