A growing player in commercial architectural building materials is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of custom-built interior projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full project lifecycle, thrives under pressure, and brings a balance of detail focus and leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead multiple commercial projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are consistently met

• Create and manage schedules with a clear understanding of critical path, dependencies, and milestone planning

• Coordinate with estimating, sales, operations, and production teams to ensure all project stages are aligned

• Anticipate issues early, create contingency plans, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

• Build strong client and supplier relationships, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout

• Guide site readiness and ensure smooth handover from planning through delivery

Senior-Level Contribution

• Provide leadership across cross-functional project teams

• Identify gaps in process and suggest improvements for long-term efficiency gains

• Support junior staff with coaching and hands-on oversight

• Represent the business confidently in high-stakes meetings and client discussions

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing complex, custom commercial projects (no residential)

• Solid grasp of project management principles

• Strong communication skills and confidence managing both internal teams and external stakeholders

• High commercial awareness, with the ability to influence decisions that impact timelines and profitability

• Experience with project management software (Asana, MS Project or similar) is a plus
