With a strong pipeline of public and commercial-sector work, they're now looking to add an experienced Project Manager to help lead delivery on high-impact community and municipal projects.

The Role

This Project Manager will take ownership of key commercial-sector projects - including civic buildings, municipal work, and sports facilities - from design development through documentation and construction.

You'll coordinate internal teams, manage client relationships, and ensure quality delivery across a range of impactful public projects. The role offers autonomy, visibility, and the chance to step into a leadership track within the studio.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional architecture experience

• Licensed Architect

• Strong background in civic, municipal, or commercial work

• Confident managing teams, clients, and consultant coordination

• Proficient in Revit and construction documentation workflows

• Based in or open to relocating to Tampa or Sarasota
